2021 Annual Commission Update

IMPORTANT
: Registration is a two step process. The day before class you will be emailed a Zoom link to confirm registration, as well as class materials and guidelines

The 4 Hour Commission Update class is a Mandatory requirement of the Real Estate Commission. As a licensee you MUST take this class once each calendar year. The Real Estate Commission suggests that you take this class between January and June of each year.







REFUNDS: If the course is cancelled, or the student withdraws at least 5 days prior to the course, a full refund will be issued. If a student fails to appear for class or fails to cancel prior to the 5 days, no refund will be issued. Any refund due to the student will be issued within 30 days of cancellation, subject to receipt of a written request.
