We will briefly cover how to find buyers and the powerful scripts behind asking for their business in subtle and direct ways. This will lead us into how to classify a lead and learn about their personalities. Please see the link below for the DISC profile assessment. This will give you an extreme advantage when attending the class. Next, we will lead into how I ‘Brand’ myself to ensure that when people think of real estate they think of you! We will touch on what I do in my consultations with Buyers. To finish the class we will dive into time management with buyers and how to keep an average only showing 5-7 homes before they make an offer.
