How to Read a Title Commitment – Explore each section of a title commitment and what its purpose is.  Review numerous examples of requirements and exceptions to watch out for, and learn what they mean to your clients.

Common Colorado Endorsements – What are those endorsement forms for?  140.1?  110.7?  Others?  Who requires them and why does the client have to pay for them?  This class reviews the coverage’s provided by the most common Colorado Endorsement Forms.
